NEW YORK CITY PART III // FIVE MINUTES IN TIME SQUARE
I generally try to avoid, what seems to be the busiest place on earth, Times Square. However, my good friend Leah just so happened to be in NY the same exact weekend. Leah was traveling with her friend Bec and it was both of their first times in the busy city, as they are both from Australia. I thought it would be nice to take them on an evening stroll down 5th Avenue, through Rockefeller Center and finishing up in Times Square. We stopped at Magnolia Bakery on the way and picked out a few too many cupcakes and something warm to sip on. The city sure is a spectacle to the unseen eye, especially at night, when all the store fronts and billboards begin to glow. And as we sat on those red bleachers, eating our cupcakes and observing the center of the universe, I was thankful once more that I no longer live there.
