Spent the weekend with my good friend Lonna Marie down in Playa Del Rey recently. We spent a beautiful afternoon with the top down, taking in the color and looking for gritty local spots to pass the time.  Of course my favorite part of the weekend was discovering this mural.  I first saw the wall driving past and it literally just called me.  I knew I had to photograph Lonna in her already colorful attire in front of it.

I then realized that the Mural was a part of Clean { aesthetic } a locally owned skate shop run by LA based artists on a mission to spread love and creativity... I then knew why I was called to the wall.

We then spent the afternoon playing ping pong @ Prince O' Whales and then watching the sky turn orange from comforts of The Harbor Room... which is surely one of my new favorite spots on the westside.  You literally walk into the past with wood paneled walls covered in memories and Sinatra playing from the Jukebox.. it literally warms my heart.
